Visualizing Biology Across Dimensions

See More. Discover More.

A UBP Co-Creation Event with Miltenyi Biotec

How can advanced imaging help us understand biology from new perspectives – from individual cells to complex tissue architecture and spatial context?

Together with Miltenyi Biotec and invited speakers from the research community, Uppsala Business Park invites you to a co-created seminar on 2D and 3D imaging with a focus on spatial biology.

You will hear real-world research perspectives on advanced imaging, spatial biology and analysis – and explore how technologies such as Ultramicroscope Blaze™ light-sheet imaging and the MACSima® platform for spatial profiling can support deeper insights into cellular organization, tissue architecture, molecular context and biological interactions.

During the event, you will:

  • hear from invited experts about research applications, experiences and challenges
  • explore how 2D and 3D imaging can reveal biology across cells, tissues and spatial contexts
  • learn how cellular imaging and spatial biology can provide complementary insights
  • discover applications in tissue characterization, biomarker discovery, drug target discovery and translational research
  • connect with others working in imaging, spatial biology, advanced analysis and life science research

This event is relevant for researchers, specialists and companies working with imaging, spatial biology, translational research, biomarker discovery, drug development or advanced lab workflows.

Welcome to an afternoon of knowledge-sharing, networking and new perspectives on imaging and spatial biology.

Practical information

Lunch and networking start at 11:00, and you are welcome to arrive anytime before the seminar begins at 12:00.

The seminar programme runs until 13:30. Participants who have limited time are welcome to join for lunch and the seminar, while those who would like to continue the conversation can stay for networking and discussions afterwards.

Please note that the number of seats is limited.

CO-CREATION EVENT

UBP Co-Creation Events are events and seminars developed in collaboration between Uppsala Business Park Community and companies in or connected to the park.

The format can vary depending on the topic, audience and purpose, but the focus is always on knowledge-sharing, relevant expertise and creating value for the UBP community.

This event is co-created by Uppsala Business Park Community and Miltenyi Biotec, together with invited experts working with imaging, spatial biology and life science research.

Please note that the number of seats is limited.
